The flush sister to Smokey was the $220,000 top selling cow of the record setting 2025 Churchill World Class Dispersal with her five spring 2025 heifer calves sold for an average of $36,500 and in the 2026 Churchill Final World Class Bull Sale her sons included the $205,000 top selling yearling whose flush brother sold for $75,000 for an average of $78,500 on five sons with her only daughter in that sale offering topping the females sold at $80,000 give her $812,000 of progeny sales from her VERY FIRST calf crop!
The five spring 2025 heifer calves from the first calf crop by Smokey sold in the dispersal for an average of $29,000 when two natural March bull calves sold for an average of $15,150 and the five spring yearling bulls Smokey sons sold in Final Bull Sale for an average of $25,000 and featured the $60,000 Churchill Bear with his only daughter in that sale offering sold for $36,000.
A maternal sister to Smokey was the $200,000 second high selling female of the dispersal and her son Churchill Stampede was the $210,000 top selling herd sire with four sons of 219K sold for an average of $22,250 and three daughters sold for an average of $27,500 in the Final Bull Sale.
A maternal brother to Smokey was the $225,000 top seller of the Final Bull Sale and his flush sister was the top selling fall yearling of the dispersal at $170,000 and their maternal brother was the $160,000 third high seller in January when seven maternal brothers to Smokey sold for an average of $72,000 with his final sister sold for $40,000 to push the Churchill progeny sales total from the now deceased dam of Smokey beyond $1,800,000!
The first 31 Smokey calves with data in the AHA system have an average weaning ratio of 104 and eight yearlings have an average ratio of 106, an average URE ratio of 108 and an average %IMF ratio of 109 to continue the tradition of his legendary dam who has 90 progeny scanned with an average %IMF ratio of 108.
