As of the start of 2025 with 1,213 head of progeny genomic tested, there have been 222 calves by Stock Fund from first calf heifers with an average calving ease score of 1.0 and 1,259 with an average birth ratio of 99, 1,004 head have an average weaning ratio of 102, 529 yearlings have an average ratio of 102 with 371 progeny scanned recording an average URE ratio of 102.

Stock Fund was an exception individual performer that came charging to the top of the spring 2019 calf crop at Express with a phenomenal adjusted 365 weight of 1,630 pounds and an adjusted 365 day URE measure of 18.9 square inches to balance a birth ratio of 91 with a weaning ratio of 109, a yearling ratio of 116 and a URE ratio of 115 as his dam’s first natural calf and she now has weaned four calves in America’s largest Angus seedstock operation with an average ratio of 108 at both weaning and yearling and her three progeny scanned have the average URE ratio of 108 one would expect with Stock Fund’s adjusted 365 day URE measure of 18.9 square inches.

The first spring calf crop by Stock Fund has 28 sons sold as yearlings for an average price of $11,110 in the 2022 Express Spring Bull Sale and the 2022 Big Event at Express was headlined and topped by a $380,000 fall yearling daughter of Stock Fund and his sons anchored the 2023 Express Spring Bull Sale with 33 sold for an average price of $7,894 and another daughter was a $170,000 top-seller of the 2023 Big Event at Express.
